Sarah and her team at Straiton scs were amazing! So helpful and friendly! We were very impressed with the service we recieved and cannot wait for our new sofas to arrive! They spent plenty time explaining everything to make sure the items we were buying were what we desired and needed! Would 100% reccomend this store to anyone looking to buy as they go above and beyond to help and make sure your happy with your purchase before it is finalised!Massive thank you again!

Highly disappointing and unacceptable. Jay has not disclosed me the details on the damaged feet and scuffs on the sofa finalised on Sunday. No where it was mentioned either on the product about the selling standards that it has defects. Jay filled up the form on his own wherein it is required to be filled up by the customer. He took all my details and asked me to sign on tab later for finance work not mentioning anything about the defects. I have just seen the receipt to track the order and surprised to see the damaged feet and scuffs are marked as yes without my knowledge. Highly disappointed and need to cancel the order due to deliver by today.

We were served by Ross he was easy to talk to couldn't do more for me and my husband. He was with us all through our sale to answer any questions we had. Then he told us it was his first day well you, would never of guessed you would of thought he had been there for year so well done to him. I was impressed with the man training him. Amazing costumer service and nice to see on the job training.Thank you for making our purchase straight foward and easy with a laugh as well. I always buy from SCS and this is why I go back. Homely staff.

Sarah. Was very polite patient knowledgeable about my needs for a sofa that would suit my poor mobility needs . She never rushed me and I was able to consider my options thank you . Would recommend this store for anyone they have a good range to suit anyone needing a new sofa , what ever you needs are . Thanks

Needing a new sofa and decided to pop in for a look.No hard sell from the staff, let us wander around at our own pace, but we're very helpful if we had any questions.We left without buying and looked at other sofas in different shops, less than an hour later we were back in buying what we first fell in love with.The assistant Sarah couldn't have been any nicer, made the whole experience a pleasure.

Absolutely disgusted with them Stephanie the sales woman was far to pushy when we were in store had to phone constantly to see what was happening the carpet fitter frank left the house in a mess after laying the carpet skirting chipped all over walls marked fridge dented kitchen unites scraped toilet used without asking and left dirty 2 huge bags off carpets ends left for me to clear up and after paying £700 this is a disgrace and still waiting for phone call 2 weeks later oh and my coffee table came flat packed which was not what I saw I?m store and for the price ov it this is shocking

It would be good if sales staff backed off a bit instead of giving you the chat.Its not going to make me buy a sofa but put me off shopping there.Had seen a sofa but the hassle to see it in peace put me right off.
