Staff are always friendly, polite and cheerful, which I appreciate, and they often go the extra mile when needed

Starting some DIY jobs,used click and collect went to collect all ready. The guy was so helpful and even advised me on future products as I was unsure.Brilliant service so nice for him to take time even though they are busy.
