I walked in, there was a lady and a guy staring outside, they didn't say hi just staring like they were stoned. I was in the store for 7-8 minutes looking for sneakers, I wanted to ask for size but they kept ignoring me so I left.I bought many shoes from this store and usually I am treated well by the younger staff. I hope that the rest of the staff will fix their attitude as wellPS. Considering your response I don't expect much to change, you didn't even apologise. Good luck finding new customers

They acted like my friend and i were going to rob them the whole time. Very negative experience. We still purchase the shoes we were going to.

Excellent service, but the shop was a bit understaffed when I went. The young lady who was helping us and was running around helping multiple people. However she was very helpful and friendly. Got two pairs of shoes for our daughter.

Very cheap and disgusting sales attitude. This review gives to one of the staffs who got single ponytail and fake tan who behaved racist. When I ask her for help to find a pair of shoes with bigger size. She just walked away and dragged her colleague to find them out. Then kept walking around to find and approach new customers. She constantly playing her ponytail by hands and looking at me in a MEAN GIRL way which made me really uncomfortable.
