From measurement of rooms to picking the flooring for us, the carpet mill team were helpful, professional and made our decisions easy and worry free.Very friendly staff, Gordon and Gary the fitter went beyond the call of the job description and were quick and did magnificent work. Great service, staff let you wander round without hassling you but helpful when info asked for. Stock ordered and fitting arranged with no long delays. Fitters were great on the day. I was running behind and they helped finish clearing the room and lifted old vinyl. Very happy with end result. Thank you ?

Picked the carpet I wanted. Was told they didn't do timed slots for the measurements, but was assured they would endeavour to do me early as possible. Waited in from 8.30 till after 5pm. No show and no phone call either. Poor service.

if you want a decent carpet with no hard sell and a bit of friendly banter, then this is the place to go. had many carpets from here over 30 years, good price and fitter turned up as expected and did a great job fitting our stair carpet.

Good prices, good selection, knowledgeable staff. They came and measured for us and then gave us a quote. You pay for your carpets in the warehouse and then you pay the fitter on the day he fits it. Very good prices and braw banter with old Stuart. I've always used them and never been disappointed.
