Phoned and got answered within a minute, really helpful and I've got an appointment in a few days,only inconvenience was my local branch has closed down,now I need to travel to the nearest branch.

More and more branches are closing how does theses opening hours help people who work full time and have to go into a branch to withdraw cash as their card has been hacked !!!!
So unhelpful during an already stressful time ?
