For two years I have been bringing car loads of clothes and toiletries to the Pleasance hostel.
Recently I was met with utter indifference and obstruction !!! Take it to the central point I was told, I don?t know Edinburgh so I couldn?t. Only when I said I would take it all home was it accepted through a side door.
I have fundraised, collected, advertised and the borders people have shown amazing generosity but I shall no longer support this hostel.
I am extremely upset and saddened by the staffs attitude!!!
