Staff are rude, you hardly ever see them in the shop . Massive shop, always empty. I thought they would have a general knowledge of the stuff they sell but they dont.

Have been here a few times for pure convenience as it's near by. Found the staff to be very rude, arrogant and unhelpful in this store, I've never felt more unwelcome in a place. I just order from elsewhere online now.

Not that helpful. Much prefer going to m&s. I?m a local salon. Unforetunately the staff don?t go out ther way at all and can someone be a bit unfriendly even though I?m a regular. Much prefer m&s and now only go here g I must out of desperation. Wouldn?t recommend
