I bought OPI nail polish cost £17.15 from Sally shop, Howe Street, Edinburgh on 23/12/2023 and one week later I brought it back for a refund as I have changed my mind to keep the product.I was refused to be refund in the shop by 2 members of Sally?s staff who worked on 30/12/23 claiming that this product is not refundable due to health and safety. They also called to their manager who confirmed that this product is non refundable.I thought it is a bit odd so I looked at their T&C which did not mention any ?health and safety ?issue with this product as I have been told.So down to staff and their manager incompetence, I was left unsatisfied with the service

The girls in this store are soo lovely. Just spoke with Lorraine on the phone querying about my click and collect order, she told me it wasn?t in stock and I asked about the other stores potentially having my items and she offered to phone leith and gave me a call back to say they have it and she?s put it aside for me to pick up. Totally went out her way to do that and really appreciate the time she took to ensure I got my items. Thanks Lorraine :)

Visited today to buy hair dye. The staff were so lovely and helped so much with advice about the correct colours etc to use. Definitely recommend.

I really want to thank the two ladies that were today (14.03.22) working there!My friend had disaster on head after visiting at "hairdresser". She wanted bright blond (she was blond previously) and she got all shades of orange... I am not a hairdresser although with great, great advise we chose the colour and proper shampoo as noone wanted to touch it and we just went with my basic knowledge and skill... Effect is so much better and my friend doesn't cry any longer

Just been in the store to buy a few products , I was served by the lovely Karen , who came to assist me in my purchases , fantastic customer service and very helpful, I usually visit the Leith store , but the staff are very rude and abrupt , so was extremely refreshing to have my faith restored in your company. Thanks again Karen , your a credit to your company, this will be my new go to Sally?s.

Just left the store as the staff were too busy chatting about their past life and who was who back at school to even acknowledge customers at the till waiting to pay for over 10 minutes. Very rude. Won?t be back.

I use the stockbridge store, not regularly but a few times a year at least. I have never had any issues with staff, in fact contrary to the majority of reviews I've ALWAYS got help if needed and never made to feel inferior because I'm not a professional.Great range of stuff for a small store, they have never not had what I needed hair wise.
