Seriously rude staff every time I go in. Make you feel really awkward and unwelcome. Seem to have some form of superiority complex. Usually Sainsbury?s is amazing, this one is a bad egg.

Very useful place for Boroughmuir students. However, the security guard, CHARLIE, is ageist! Never let students in and always make us stay out in the cold. Horrible staff but good selection. Lost 2 stars for horrible customer service.

Great customer service, good standards of cleanliness and stock. It looked like they were out of ice today and I asked a female staff member to confirm if I'm looking in the right place. She let me know there was another place which I checked and it was empty. Went to pay and the staff found me having checked their back for more ice and brought it to me. Fully expected them to just go on their phone in the back but very happy with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here. Thank you

This store is a hot mess. Empty shelves, 5 staff members gathered around the kiosk chatting. Homeless outside begging. What?s the point in your security guy?There?s no room to have those stupid self service checkouts either. Get this disgrace sorted out. Absolute laziness

Awful service. The man who is middle age wearing glass , 5?3 height . I never see that bad service. When I went to the cashier , he provide rude service and always just flow the product on the desk and full of bad servicing. I don?t trust myself , so I did twice buying and got the same experience. May be he really not care the job and attitude.

I live next to this sainsbury and I go there everyday. Today I was chased by one of the ladies who works there, she was ?touching? items near me many times, I suffer from anxiety and depression and I felt extremely overwhelmed afterwards, I will go back today and see if she does the same, is it because I was wearing hippie joggers? What a joke. I will never go back there even though is literally next to my flat.
