I have only had a wonderful experience in this store, from the security guard that chased me when I left my purse to the beautiful gentleman that teases me over my age for purchasing alcohol. I'm 63 with grey hair ? he told me to bring ID when I want to buy wine ??

Incredibly rude staff that will often not acknowledge customers from the start to the end of the transaction. The shop itself isn?t bad, but the attitude of the staff stops me from wanting to go.

I've been this morning again to buy some groceries, and again the same lady with glasses (I couldn't catch her name) from the counter was so unpolite , and her customer service was so poor again....I've greeted her with a nice morning, she never answered to me,although she looked at me, the ln I've asked for the receipt and she never bored to hand it to me, I had to put my hand below the protecting glass to get it...such a shame such people work in dealing with customers...The management team should thing to give some customer service training to those people....although this has to do with people's manners.....I won't be shopping anymore from there..

It's a Sainbury's local, smaller range of products at about 20% higher price, I very seldom use them because cheaper better options are always available nearby though they are open late and have a good range I suppose.
