A joke of a place not another pharmacy runs like this about 15 members of staff everyone busy with something stock all over the place but not the prescribed medicines even though it?s been ordered not just me everyone in the queue every time I?ve been always involves 2 trips sometimes 3 to get all prescription

Very helpful and patient staff. I got my prescription very quickly. And one pharmacist gave me instructions very patiently in detail. Good experience.

Used to be a decent pharmacy but now it is shocking. There are at least two pharmacists and many assistants but you only ever have one serving you. More than once I have handed one in, was told it would take 10 minutes and I would still be there an hour later. They are also bad for not telling you that your prescription has run out. I have had several arguments with staff who claim they either told me they put it on the previous prescription yet didn't. Even when they claim they are putting it through as an emergency, they don't and you have to wait at least 2-3 days....

This place is always so slow, never have any of the medication the doctor prescribes. Have to wait an age to get you're prescription. Focus more on quick service for the people waiting for methadone!

Great pharmacy but a nightmare to call and they need to sort the opening time as it state 8.30am but sometimes its 9am or 9.30 am I understand it is hard due to the pandemic but they need to sort a time that is suitable for them to arrange staff and still be open to the public

If used this place since I was 12yrs old iv watched it move buildings & staff change over the years but there's a few that stuck it out even with us lot annoying them on the Mon, Wed, Fri lol Fiona has been there for years & now her kids work here to & every member of staff is a pleasure to speak to even when they're run off there feet, keep up the great work you's guys do, it is appreciated?

Once I spoke to one of the staff on the phone and she encouraged me to choose their pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions if my GP asks me. It?s been about two years now since I had my last repeat prescription. It?s unfortunate for me that my surgery is being used as a vaccination centre and I was advised not to go there unless authorised to do so.No one at the surgery is answering my calls and no one at the pharmacy either. Their phone is constantly engaged and when it does ring no one answers it!!! It is better to just shut the pharmacy down because it is completely dysfunctional!!! It was more of a hindrance than help!!! You get zero stars from me!!!

Never had a problem until the pandemic hit. Now I can?t pick up my prescription until after half past nine which has resulted in me losing a job because I need my medication. I have just started a new job and am sick with worry, I need to be able to pick up my prescription at half past eight and go to work like a normal customer!!

Had the worst experience the doctor asked me to come at 5pm and collect the medicine but pharmacy is closed at 5pm even if opening hours mentioned as 6pm closing time. I reached at 4:58 and door was locked from inside and denied service.
