Exceptional service a few weeks ago from both Claire & Liz, shame the same couldn?t be said about the ?Deputy Manager? Iga her name is, rude arrogant little girl, god knows how she got her position but OMG the other 2 were fantastic.
Came in looking for laminating pouches, I asked Iga first her reply was ?they are over there? pointing to the front of the shop that could be been anywhere?!
Never once looking away from the computer screen. Claire then approaches me and took me straight to them and explained the different types, I had no idea!! Liz was on tills as she was also lovely just a pity one person can make or break a visit but those two salvaged it. Thank you ladies. ?

I had an excellent experience with Iga, a very sweet and helpful lady who works here. She helped me with my project, guiding me in choosing the right paper and the best combination of materials. It was a really wonderful experience ? I just came in to print, and ended up receiving all this amazing support. Many thanks to Iga!

Amazing service! I ordered a print to collect but the image was the wrong size for the page. A lovely member of staff kindly shrunk the photo to fit the page and helped me cut off the excess paper. So grateful for his help!

The staff charge of printing and photocopying is very very rude and insulting, his customer approach is zero .I belive the management can do better by offering him proper training on human management.

I came in looking to quickly print notes off before an exam tomorrow. Despite being close to closing, Amiga (I hope I got the name right) was really helpful and friendly an got it sorted. Even helped format the document properly and wished me good luck for my exam :) Made a stressful experience a good one.

It claims to open at 8.30am. I have stood outside that shop for 15 minutes and it?s still closed. This is about the third time it?s happened.

Bit of a mixed reception going here but in both/all my experiences so far it?s been pleasant. I had some last min urgent and relatively annoying printing to get done today and Liz and another lady did everything while sharing a lovely banter with me throughout. They both offered to go above and beyond and actually made me feel reassured during a very stressful time. So my five stars go straight to them. I did note one other staff who didn?t attend me but had a particularly standoffish customer service demeanour and seemed rude/hates customers. But I wouldn?t let one staff diminish the efforts of the rest.

Rude stuff. I asked if printing documents was available in this store and was told to look for an email in the wall to send my documents. The email wasn't easy to find and I accidentally went behind one till while looking for it. One of the employees told me that I can't go behind his till with an attitude, sorry maybe it could be easier if you could just show me where it is? Definitely won't be back again.
