I have been to this store several times. Everything has always been ok. But now 4 days ago I left very disappointed. Alan, who served me, I think has no business in this store. Absolutely incompetent in this profession!! Gross shortcomings in the service via Western Union - negligence and ignorance. The same when printing my documents, again maximum negligence and unprofessionalism! And no apology was made, after I pointed out that he made a big mistake, which he only corrected after I warned him! I think this person does not belong here !??????

Found Ryman online when looking for a shop in Edinburgh that carried Clairefontaine paper products. Happy to find that in addition to Clairefontaine they also stocked a good variety of Leuchtturm notebooks and ended up picking up one of each.
There was such a selection of different types of notebooks and paper products I had to ask an associate for help in finding where the Clairefontaine products were stocked and they were happy to help.
If you?re in need of a scratch pad, traveler?s notebook or school supplies, this is the place to go.

As the name suggested, it's a stationery store where you can find all sorts of pens, pencils, eraser, tapes, rulers, drawing books, and office stuffs. Recommended as one of the options in town to get them.
Easy to spot from the street. Located in one of the busiest city centre of Edinburgh, not far from the Old College. It has DHL point too where you can send packages or documents.

I would never go back, emailed my documents to the wrong email address and took forever. New staff member clearly doesn?t know how to use the machines but the manager just watched and did nothing - very disappointing service. My scans also came back with a blue hue - would have been better quality (and cheaper) if I?d just used an app - not to mention a lot faster
