It has taken me 20 min to get to the mortgage dept by phone now I'm in the phone line it's taking me another 20 min to speak to someone what a joke .

Not blaming staff here but why do they have 2 standing about directing people but actually hardly any staff dealing with what you need done! Walked in, told one guy couldn't help me sat for 20mins waiting on someone "coming back" they didnt come back so the original guy ended up dealing with me anyway?!! Such a busy bank with not enough staff and alway always a queue.

I?ve been with this bank for years now. I?ve got both current & business accounts with RBS. Popped in to this branch today to get £20 worth of coins so much needed for my business, but was told by a member of staff that they couldn?t help me as it wasn?t essential transaction and they only deal with those really important and essential transactions! Really RBS? Is that so? Well done! You?ve just helped me make an essential decision TO FIND A BETTER BANK! BANG OUT OF ORDER!

CDM machines don't take certain notes so you have to queue again to see a staff member to make a deposit. These machines are supposed to make it quicker how about employing more staff instead of having machines that don't work. The teller was actually helpful though.

Waited 25 minutes and was then told I was number 5 in queue. Unbelievable plenty of staff moving about but only one teller who was only dealing with cash!!!!! So much for customer service.

Terrible customer service. Trying to deal with a fairly straight forward request, I was told different things by different people so ended up spending a lot of time on hold dealing with things by phone. One of the staff members I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. There's always a queue because there are so few branches now. Avoid.

Not enough staff on to deal with customers.staff are around,but not to deal with customers that just want to go in and go about there business.there to keen to get you to use the cashline to do your business and not to deal with a human.waiting times a very very poor.RBS HAS NO LOYALTY.

Friday 12:30, 10 customers in the queue, only 2 RBS staff members attending, but a young lady and 3 others RBS members just standing and looking, but not helping at all. Ridiculous

Very quick service. The teller was very efficient and friendly too. Difficult to park. But Would use again.
