I had to wait 45 minutes to close an account. I was 4th in a queue waiting for only 1 assistant available to help.
The customer before me waited 1 hour and another customer left before they could have their business dealt with as they had waited so long, so goodness knows how long I would’ve waited if they hadn’t left.... read full comment

Only trying to find out we're the branch with sortcode is , Keep getting cut off or asked what I'm calling about and they have no option for my question.
