Amazing service. I needed a pair of Birkenstocks resoled before going on holiday and they had to be taken to the bruntsfield shop for the correct materials. They were hand delivered to me at home at 8pm the night before my early morning flight. What service. Very grateful

All the good reviews proved to be true! After being rejected for my engraving request at 3 shops - Roseburn Shoe Repairs took it up with no fuss. Shaun was personable and kept me updated, when I wasn?t expecting it which I found reassuring and a delight! And Neil did a wonderful skilful job of the engraving work, so so pleased! And to top off the brilliant, professional service and skilful work the price was less than 50% of what I was quoted at Timpsons. Absolutely brilliant!!! Thank you Shaun and Neil!

The TOPY plastic bottom for leather soles were applied kind of messy, and it can definitely be neater. But the trainee and owner in the shop are nice and they remounted a stud on my boot for free.

I brought my converse here a week ago, and the front sole on the bottom was completely unglued,I've been told they needed a sole replacement where unglued, and I was a bit skeptical in my mind regarding that but I gave it a go,I said to him I would have left him as much time as he needed to do a great job not putting pressure and I've been told to come back the next week,the same day I paid for them and picked them up I used them to skate and I was amazed on how I wasn't feeling any difference and discomfort at all after they've been fixed! They definitely deserve a 5 star review,and as well the guy seemed a very humble person too! Definitely worth!! They've made a new customer???

Niall wants to provide a professional service and doesn't disappoint. I explained an unusual and unique design for engraving and after a few emails back and forward clarifying exactly what I wanted he came up trumps and I'm delighted. Probably the best service of it's kind in Edinburgh.10/10

Brought my shoes here for repair after two other ?so-called? shoe repair shops could not do it. Niall did a really neat patching job to save the day..clearly good at what he does. Now I have found him,he will soon be trusted with my Trickers shoes that are due a new leather sole.
