Fantastic shop to buy souvenirs and more. They offer a wide selection of what people seem to collect (bookmarks, keychains, coins, thimbles, magnets, etc), plus an impressive selection of clothes (hoodies, T-shirts, sweaters, kilts, etc) and at good pricing. The staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I found items bearing family names. They helped find my family?s tartan. Highly recommend.

Very good place to buy souvenirs. Wide selection. After scanning around for many souvenir shops in Edinburgh, we discovered that this shop got few highlights,1) tiny whisky bottle at £1.85 per bottle. There is also a whisky tasting booth FOC2) bakers short bread of doggie at £6.99 for 3 boxes3) Authentic handmade tweed bags at £57

It's a good shop loads good stuff, and there is whisky tasting at the back of the store and Highland dress upstairs

It is one of the best places to get souvenirs in Edinburgh. Huge selection of clothing and guft food items. Probably not the cheapest place to get plain shortbread/fudgr/tablet. if you are willing to pay extra for the pretty packaging or want unusual flavours, this is a great place. This was the only place on Princes Street where I found tartan gift bag. I made up up my own scottush goody bags.

The shops great, but the employees need to work on their attitude. Mercy, the female employee rolling her eyes at customers, what's the point of serving customers with those stinky attitude? She couldve just stayed home if she's so negative.

Same arrangement of tourist tat as everywhere else in the city. In dire need of a proper gutting and renovating. Poorly organised and the poor staff looked miserable. Can't blame them, as the management seem up their own arse about hounding everyone who enters. Avoid.

Usually I buy souvenirs from this shop as they have good price deals and collections. Located at the city centre high street this shop is a wee little gem

Overpriced, tearoom food disgusting, store owner disrespectful regarding a refund for a poorly conditioned and low quality item I previously bought. Store needs a makeover. Staff look unhappy.

Prices here are inflated compared to other shops in the same row. Store manager refused to give me a refund for change of mind, citing a country-wide policy against refunds for unopened products (verified with other shops to be untrue), even within 5 minutes of purchase.
