My partner recently had the unfortunate experience of losing a diamond from her cherished ring. Understandably, she was devastated and anxious about finding the right place to handle such a delicate repair. From the moment we stepped into Robert Anthony Jewellers, our worries were put to rest.Julie here was incredibly welcoming and immediately assured us that they could handle the stone replacement with the utmost care and expertise. They took the time to explain the process, the options for replacement stones, and even provided a detailed quote upfront, which I found to be very transparent and reasonable.The real magic happened when I returned to pick up my ring. To say they did a fantastic job would be an understatement. The new diamond was perfectly matched and set, and the ring looked even better than it did before. The craftsmanship was absolutely impeccable, and it was evident that the jewellers took great pride in their work.What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. They didn't just replace the stone; they also cleaned and polished the entire ring, making it look brand new. It's rare to find such excellent customer service combined with top-notch craftsmanship these days.If you're in need of any jewellery repairs or are looking to purchase a new piece, I can't recommend this jewellers highly enough. Their skill and professionalism are unmatched, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Ordered the exact size I knew I needed, I even emailed to check it was possible in the size I required. They took it upon themselves to send me a different size because they thought it would fit?! When I contacted them I was told to take a photo of the ring on my finger so they could see what size I needed, even though I ordered the size I knew I needed. I wasn?t willing to take the risk of them ?guessing? my size and it having to go back and forth again so I asked I return the ring for a refund. They did reply, albeit with an attitude. The ring was returned first class, insured and signed for because of the value. When I asked for postage to be refunded, as it was clearly not my error, they refused and have since ignored my messages. Great shame.show less

This shop has a lovely collection and amazing customer service. Their jewellery, if maintained according to instructions looks good as new, even after a few years.I have been to the shop a few times and have always been impressed with their collection.Also outstanding service by the staff. I recently lost one of a pair of an earring which I got from this store.. It was a favourite..The staff helped me in reordering the same design and getting it done for me. Thank you..

Chose this jeweller as he's independent. I'd heard good things from a friend about his work. He replace the central emerald in my elaborately designed ring. 18ct gold and a good size central emerald. I was concerned about the £350 payment up front , however , he exceeded my expectations in his choice of stone and his repair was invisible. I am delighted! It's been weeks and I still find myself admiring the central stone. Thank you!

Took my mum (77) in today to get her ears re-pierced ,she was looked after by the very lovely Lynne who was a breath of fresh air, a credit to your shop.

Buyer beware - please go elsewhere. They have no customer service / care whatsoever. If you have a complaint they will get rid of you, by any means possible which in my case meant pretty much ignoring all my calls until I was forced to write to the owner. I took my Swarovski watch in to get a new battery. They put in an old / dud battery (!), and broke my watch at the same time! This was confirmed by a watch specialist and in writing. Not only did they question my account (and his) of this (basically intimating that we were both liars) but they then flatly refused to have anything further to do with it. They didn't even offer to refund the cost of the (dud) battery!!!! I now have a broken watch and the full costs of its repair thanks to my visit. Had never visited them before this - and never will again. Dreadful company who treated a new customer with contempt. Clearly money and profit is everything, so beware. My advice - AVOID!
