I was coming with my daughter 5pm today. After 5pm service close fitting room early. It's not nice service. This shop is close 5.30pm but not have time for customers. Never back again.

Always shuts early, I tried to get there after work arriving at 5.15pm shutters were down although web page states 5.30 is the time of closing! Very poor as the Gyle was busy so a lot of trade missed!!

Good customer service - a bag I bought from here broke. I didn't have the receipt anymore since it had been a few months since I bought it but I went in and explained and they replaced it for me with the same bag. Very nice staff.

Menswear dept at gyle has a fantastic manager called Mark who is so helpful and knowledgable about suit fit and tailoring. Great at putting ideas together and listens well. Highly recommended. Fabulous service.
