Came into the store not too long ago, I overheard the manager mark calling me a paki, racist managers in here, would not recommend, when I confronted him he denied it. But one of the employees said he's been saying that kind of stuff a lot recently to the staff, unprofessional not worth going there

I had an amazing shopping experience at River Island, Fort Kinnaird, thanks to David! He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with picking out a jacket and t-shirt. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and great fashion advice made the whole process so much easier. David truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend asking for him if you?re ever in the store!

I went into this store to exchange a faulty blouse that had come apart at the seem on the left hand side. I was met with two shop assistants who muttered between themselves that the blouse was expensive (It wasn't, it was £40) which I cannot understand why this was necessary. I was told the best they could do was offer store credit, I literally asked for an exchange so it was evident I wasn't even listened to, so I asked for an exchange again and was then told they didn't have the size in the store. I then asked for it to be ordered which they could do, not sure why I had to remind them this was an option. No apology was given for me having to take time out of my day to return a faulty item. Not impressed.

Great customer service, staff went to the stock room to find last seasons suites for my 4 year old.Fantastic selection, well lit and stylish changing rooms and a modern layout that showcases the clothing. Not just a generic retail experience, a great reminder of why we need physical shops and people not just next online shopping.

Staff stood watching judging as we where trying cloths on for blind brother, also asked members of staff if we could remove the tag so he could try things on because it was all attached together and they refused overall poor customer service
