I was recommended to Rifkind and Brophy by one of their customers to look at a minor eye problem which was not clearing up. I was able to get an appointment the same day-that was lucky -and it was dealt with under the NHS scheme. Optometrist explained everything very clearly and was able to treat the problem there and then.Very good experience.

I honestly wish that I had more reasons to visit Rifkind and Brophy, as I always leave feeling wonderful. The consistency is without equal, it is clearly a team process and everyone is so friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever a problem and I always feel like a valued customer. I believe I have been a customer since about 2007 or so, and it is a pleasure to see that good quality service is embraced so completely as a core value. Well done to all!

Excellent care from Rifkind and Brophy. Both Ben and Julia are first class professionals and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. All the staff are warm and welcoming, and although they weren't quite open when I arrived early for my appointment this morning, the receptionist let me sit in the reception area rather than have me wait in the cold. It's the little things that make all the difference! Ben diagnosed my issue immediately and made an appointment at the Eye Pavilion the same afternoon. From there on I received first class NHS treatment at Chalmers Street and my issue has been resolved. Thank you all soon much.

Excellent customer care and a very thorough eyes testing on the most up to date technology. Excellent after care with spectacles too. A very good practice.
