CXN100 and CXA81 arrived yesterday?.. Hooked up to my new PMC Prodigy 5s and left running overnight playing Radio Paradise to get the amp to settle in?.. Qobuz this morning and some test tracks and the system is rather sublime? Effortless, spacious, good bass grip, really rather impressed?. Surpasses my EVO150 running the PMCs and/or my Dali Opticon 2s? In fairness the new system is currently installed in a much larger room as intended, but I?m extremely impressed?.. I was going to buy a Naim Supernait 3 but in all honesty, I?ve demo?d it along with others (Cyrus I9 XR, Arcam A25, NAIT XS3) and this is close, real close to them all?. The only stumbling block is the larger form/dimension of the 2 units and it may force us to revisit the Cyrus?? The other issue seems to be Streamagic not wanting to play ball with both the EVO150 and the CXN100 on app startup? It was patchy with just the Evo, seems more patchy with the 2 streamers associated? Thanks so much to Tomasz in Edinburgh?.. Every time he remains patient and courteous to the max?

Richer Sounds as a business is one that I really like. They have phenomenal sales and clearances and (as far as I've seen) do not stock bad products that you may fall into the trap of buying. I used them years ago when I first assembled my home hifi speaker system. At the time, I didn't have the funds for a full 5.1 and so dropped the centre speaker.Yesterday I sent out a clearance inquiry on the website for a centre speaker as I want to make my system 5.1 instead of 4.1. The inquiry was answered by this store promptly today via email. I have had multiple emails from the store manager Hauke who was both very helpful and incredibly swift with replies - over the span of about 40 or so minutes the entire transaction was sorted and was overall very painless.I can't speak for the in-store experience for this particular richer sounds, but if the rest of the staff are as helpful as Hauke was then I imagine it can only be a good experience.-Reuben

Fantastic service from Tomasz with my partner and I purchasing our new TV & Soundbar. From a quick phone call to the in-store experience, Tomasz was professional and extremely helpful with us deciding on what model and setup to go for in our new apartment. Really appreciate his help. We're delighted with Tomasz and very glad we didn't end up purchasing everything through Amazon directly.

While the branch stock is limited, they do carry quote a reasonable range. It's worth checking the website for the full range and what the Edinburgh branch has available.

Great customer service from Tomasz. Easy to order online, and the store pick up was lovely. Stayed open past opening hours, and helped me load the car. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and the deal i got on my purchase was excellent. Will definitely be back. Thanks

A 5 star company let down by their choice of delivery partner. I can?t fault the service of the Richer-Sound staff, but I have to reduce my rating due to the issues I?ve had with my delivery. I?ve gone from potentially getting a tv delivered less than 24 hours after ordering it, to now waiting 4 days. Hopefully Richer Sounds do a review of who their distribution partner is and replace them with a company of equal customer service.

Exceptional service and amazing prices!I visited Richer Sounds Edinburgh after finding the LG C1 65 on their website at a great price, with a 6 year guarantee. Craig kindly took me through a couple of questions and processed the order with a discount for joining the VIP mailing list at no cost.When my TV was delivered I had huge issues attaching the stand; something I now know to be a common problem with this model. After 2 hours my brother and I had no success!The next day I called the Edinburgh store and spoke to Tomasz, convinced I had a genuinely faulty stand. Within two hours he had spoken to colleagues to gather all necessary info and met up with my parents at home, during what was undoubtedly a busy Saturday afternoon, while I was stuck at work. All at no further expense.It was a massive effort and difficult job to get the stand onto my TV, so I'm delighted with Tomasz especially, and Richer Sounds for their incredible customer service. (Fraser also answered a query I had when calling to thank Thomas the following morning).Thank you all very much again to the team! I strongly recommend you visit them for any home entertainment needs.

Bought a 50 inch TV 2019. Screen packed in 2022. They picked up TV for repair but had to go into shop to collect a loaned TV while the repair was being done which was great. But while I was in the shop waiting for the loaned TV the guy behind the counter was going on and on about how they didn't have to give us a loaned TV and thought that it was the end of the world . Shop k8ng customer service and won't be returning

I pop in there yesterday to buy a new tv and stereo for my home .I was served by Tomasz . He helps me with every possible detail about tv as well as with massive choice of possibilities with my stereo amp and speakers. Very kind and proffessional in every aspect .Definitely i ll be back to get some upgrade to my stereo. 5 stars customer service.
