Have been getting coffee bags at this store for 2 months or so now. The customer service is rather mixed - some workers are very helpful and friendly, but for few others... well, some customer service training may go a long way to uplift customer's in-store experience. After all, that's one of the reasons customers choose to go to physical store vs buying stuff online.

Shop is such a scam. They market themselves as an organic store yet 90% of the products are just conventional foods packaged up and sold at organic prices. Just very average quality non organic stuff at over inflated prices. Really don?t know why people go here????

Use this shop often. Good range of products and produce. However was disappointed last visit they only had pot barley in one kilo bags. We want shops to break bulk. A 250g bag will keep me going for weeks. Where would I store the other 750g ??? I just do not have the space in my kitchen.

Just read some of the reviews for this place and was pretty surprised by the poor reviews. I have been shopping here for i think as long as it has existed and have never had anything but extremely polite and helpful customer service. In fact in general the staff always go out of their way to accommodate me keen to check stock downstairs. Great selection of products. Thanks for keeping the food real!

I love this place and buy stuff regularly from the Tollcross shop, as they have a great variety. However they are constantly overcharging me for products. If I tell them, they they rectify it at the till but how many times am I overcharged when I don't realise? It's very frustrating that it happens so frequently. It's been going on for at least a couple of years now, or that's how long ago I started noticing it! If you do shop here, just check you are being charged what the label says!Also, be wary of their milk, I've bought it within a few days of it's use by date and it's already gone off, this has happened to me several times now. I'll buy my organic milk elsewhere from now on.

I recently noticed tiny little particles in my urine. It seems weird and this got me worried, Dr Agbomian thanks ?. So I booked an appointment with my doctor after a proper examination. I was told that i have developed a kidney stone due to long term use of acyclovir drug. Acyclovir was actually my suppression drug for my herpes infection that refused to go away for years. This bad news got me so depressed and my anxiety was extremely worst I attempted suicide severally because i was tired of living a devastated life. Just received our first order from Real Foods and what a delight it was. Store cupboard items not found easily in standard stores, great quality catering pack essentials, a few sweet treats and cleaning cloths! What a fabulous range of goods! Superb communications throughout the process. I?m impressed and will be shopping again soon (partly due to the fact that we?ve already finished the Highlanders and can?t wait to buy more!) Great find, thank you.

After being a regular customer for many years, I was subjected to some shockingly poor customer service by both floor staff and then by management. This over a £2.50 product that became inedible (full of mould) the morning after the use-by date.They still have a good range of products, but I?d rather spend my money elsewhere where they actually value customers.

I was a regular customer for the past 10+ years. The customer service is highly variable: some staff members are genuinely friendly and helpful while some don't even bother trying to hide how much they detest your presence when you walk in... The range of products (especially their vegan stuff) is excellent though, which is why I kept shopping there until this summer. The reason I stopped going is because I was informed by a staff member at the door that I'm not allowed inside the store with my child anymore due to their new Covid policy. I do understand that limiting the number of people inside is for everyone's safety, but it means that lone parents like me, who rarely if ever have the option to shop alone, are effectively barred from the store for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, since I was forced to look for alternatives I've found several other local businesses that meet my vegan & eco-friendly needs, so I don't plan to go to Real Foods again even if they lift their restrictions at some point in the future.

I love the shop for the products and the staff used to be friendly and helpful, but recently a member (manager) was really not enthusiastic and very rude. With the situation we face I understand the stress members are facing but I can't tolerate pressure, bad communication and fake rules. This attitude towards customers is not welcoming at all and made me leave my full basket. Unfortunately I'd rather not come there again.

Very good range of products and prices are mostly all right. However, I had a couple of unoleasabt exoeriences.Once, the barcode coded for a totally different product than what I was buying, which was a lot more expensive, and I only reaslied it after paying and leaving. I came back and pointed that out and I got a refund, however back home I noticed that the refund was lacking over £1. The other time, the product I bought turned out to be about a pound more expensive than what was displayed on the shelf. It's not much so I didn't bother coming back and dealing with the staff again but I do feel deceived. And of course it's not the cashier's fault, there's something wrong with system and barcodes, but if that happened to me on my last two visits, I wonder how much they get in total by scamming this was hundreds of customers who don't bother taking their receipt and checking if the everything's right...That only happened recently, and before it was all fine, which is why I'm still willing to give them three stars instead of two. I do recommend however to always ask for your receipt and check for any mistakes

Most of the staff is lovely, but the petit girl with glasses is unnecessarily rude. Pretty sure your job is to help customers so when they ask for it how about you not act like you are annoyed and have better things to do.
