Extremely disappointed to find a rock in my dried black beans. I had made black bean soup for me and my 12 month old and bit down on a rock from the dried black beans. I will never shop at real foods again. A friend of mine also found stones in her dried rice. Be weary of any of the bulk dried items.

Too many of the staff are Spanish kids with a terrible level of English , I had to talk Spanish to them to get what I needed on more then one ocasión . Horrible accents and arrogance. Should be handed a P45 and the company forced to recruit , native English speakers. Considering the prices .

I went there to get some specific products and I did ask one of your team regarding some stuff and he did give me wrong informations totally in oposite way ,and then I ask another staff member to help me to find one product and she never come back to me helping me out.Excellent service for a good looking shop with many ingridients .But should be 5 star service but is not.

My daughter, unfortunately, bought me a RF gift voucher for Christmas. It took me 4 phone calls & a couple of hours just to work out how to navigate their website. I got, amongst other things, some nut butters. Their small jar of cashew peanut butter cost £5.05 - I got same sized jar of nut butter in Aldi - £1.85. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

I used to love this shop, but you can wait for new veggies even more than 4 days. Same thing for the fridge. it doesn't get refurbished more than once a week. It's unacceptable.

I have mixed feelings. It´s a nice shop with great variety of products, and nice staff. But I would advise customers to always CHECK THE RECEIPTS before leaving. I have been charged wrongly several times. (Always charging me more than what was marked on the product).Mistakes happen, of course; but when it happens so often in the same shop, one gets a bit concerned. I just am careful when I go there, and when I see this happening, I tell them and they refund me what they charged me extra.Apart from this, it is a nice shop.

I recently noticed tiny little particles in my urine. It seems weird and this got me worried, Dr Agbomian thanks ?. So I booked an appointment with my doctor after a proper examination. I was told that i have developed a kidney stone due to long term use of acyclovir drug. Acyclovir was actually my suppression drug for my herpes infection that refused to go away for years. So nice to bump into this whilst visiting Edinburgh. The prices are lower than in Greece yet still they are high for organic low waste products, as it is everywhere in the world. I loved it
