Love this store! Great selection of clothes and homeware. Great quality considering the price! Well laid out and neat and tidy. Great visuals to check different styles eg for underwear and jeans. super friendly and efficient staff and management ?. Lucy was especially helpful guiding me to the right places ?.

The female staff member at the entrance of the women's fitting room area was extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband took just one step into the area to hand me a different size of the outfit, and despite not having warned any of the men inside earlier, she scolded my husband harshly in front of our child.

The staff at the changing room was quite rude in the way she spoke to me and her entire mannerism. To top it off, she acted as if the clothes (that I had previously worn and which were still in the basket) were untouchable and instead of just taking it out and counting...like they usually do, she very rudely pointed at it for me to hold it for her. Like really??? The day had just begun for her to behave like this. Ruined my experience and I just walked out of there.
Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but the quality of daily wear tees has reduced significantly.

I bought a lot of clothes, and they have a small section just for items that say Scotland or Edinburgh on it or themed. There?s an incredible selection to choose from swimsuits, workout gear, pajamas, beauty products, beach towels, and more. They truly have just about everything! The store spans multiple floors, each packed with options. I absolutely loved shopping here.

I really like Primark: there is always a great selection of decent-quality clothing and household goods, all reasonably priced. Displays are clear, uncluttered, and tidy. But my favourite aspect of Primark Princes Street is that, without exception, I have found staff colleagues friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which greatly enhances the shopping experience for me. I've given up shopping at John Lewis, as both prices and customer service are far better at Primark.

Men's toilet on B1 was a disgrace. Filthier than open toilets that I have seen in SE Asia but it gets worse. Raised it with 3 members of staff and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a what am I supposed to do attitude. Sums up the place

Shout out for Emily (in the blue top) in your Edinburgh Princes Street store who went above and beyond trying to source me an underseat suitcase with removable wheels. Your website said low stock but there was nothing on the shop floor. I ask if she could possibly check her storeroom in case there?s was one lying around which hadn?t made it to the shop floor. She could easily have said (as is the norm) that if there?s nothing on the floor then that?s all they have, but she went through and checked for me on a couple of occasions back and forward showing me possibilities all of which were not the one. So thanks so much Emily for your five star service! ??????????
