This store has gotten better recently. Stock levels of sandwiches are way up, but not without some challenges (running out of pastries and fruit pots around midday is common in this store) and there is the odd soggy bottomed sandwich. Staff are helpful.

Weird to review a Pret but wanted to specifically find this branch to celebrate a cheerful fellow with a beard and a beaming smile who was making the coffees behind the tills. Our interaction with him was all of ten seconds but he put a smile on the face of everyone in line ahead of us, and I'm motivated to leave a review two days later! Give that man a bonus!

Greg was rude yelling at the customers in morning unnecessarily. Why no idea but spoiling every customers morning, mood and first coffee!! And I have observed this several times... and this brings me to a conclusion not to renew my membership and switch my daily coffee shopOn the other hand the lady was sweet. Please keep friendly and smiling staff in morning at least

Food quality is so great. Avocado and eggs mayonnaise sandwich is really fresh and rich.Staffa all are very friendly.

I AM not sure if this is the one I mostly went to (I went to a couple locations during my week in Edinburgh) but this is a WONDERFUL chain! Most mornings I had a latte and a triple berry croissant and they were both inexpensive and something to look forward to I would get a wholesome, homemade sandwich, chips and a healthy drink for either lunch or dinner and always enjoyed the choices I made. The staff was friendly and on my last day I left all the change I had left for employees! Great place!!
