I?m often in this Pret and staff are so friendly & helpful. Store is well designed.
Member of staff today restored my faith in human nature as I was buying cup of tea for a homeless person sitting outside, he gave me it free of charge ?. We all need to help each other and I was so touched by this gesture (please don?t give him hard time) so was the lady who got the tea. Thank you so so much ?

We stayed for 3 days in Edinburgh and had breakfast 3 times at this place. Why go somewhere else if it is great?!
Food
The food is really fresh and there is a lot of choices. I have to say that i dont understand the price diffrence for dining in or take away. But oke. Maybe because You can take some water in the back and there is a lot of space to sit. And clean! Great! Dont forget the toilet! ?
Staff
The staff was everyday super friendly, the man at the counter friday + sunday had a genuin smile what was a great start of the day! Thank you for the warm help everyday.
If i would go back, i still rather have breakfast at this place then at the hotel what was also good?

Sadly let down by extremely surly, arrogant staff. Wasn't made to feel welcome. There are too many similar establishments on Edinburgh for Pret to think it's ok to behave like this and think folk will return. They won't!

I was skeptical of the new ginger spice cookie but I gave it a try and it was very good. The staff were very cheerful and kind. Excellent customer service!
