If I could leave negative stars I would. This morning I received a parcel looking very familiar to me - turns out I had posted it 4 days prior to this as an Etsy order. The teller at the till had entered MY details on the listed "sender" address on the parcel and not the very clearly marked "deliver to". Upon arrival and seeing the mistake (made only by the post office) I promptly headed to the post office to resend my parcel. I explained what had happened to the teller, he looked at me as if I was from mars and just stared at the parcel, not understanding their glaringly obvious error. The tellers colleague took the parcel (and my proof of receipt) and said she would deal with it. The teller in question has served me many times before and is equally charming as she is rude and obnoxious. Instead of an apology and telling me they would fix the mistake free of charge, the woman grunted at me for not positioning the labels in the correct direction on said parcel. I responded by asking how is it my responsibility for them to read "deliver to" and "sender" when that is literally their job!! I was told it was human error, but also the computer cannot read the label - so its machines AND customers who are at fault for this. "The computer says no." I explained that this was an Etsy order and I will now be penalised for their mistake. I also acknowledged that I understand human error happens, but a simple apology for the mistake would go a long way - radio silence. I am disgusted by the way I was treated for a situation this post office put me in and took zero accountability for their own mistake. AVOID. Horrible, awful people.

My partner posted 2 suits for Amazon returns on Easter Saturday. The post office took them but did not scan them and now we are out of £240 for missing returnsSketchy? Theivery? They offered no receipt.

Ran to catch the Post Office and got their with just under two minutes to spare to hand in my pre-stamped, postage paid envelope to be told, ?we are already closed?. The door was open and their was a customer just finishing up but I was turned away, I find this so rude as I would have been done and out by 2pm.I hope that that one minute really helped you with your afternoon off. I on the other hand am left very inconvenienced and now have to make another special trip on Monday to post my mail.I won?t use this branch again. Very unhelpful

Was visiting from the US and needed to ship some things back home. While the packages made it to their destination, the man behind the counter was incredibly aggressive and seemed annoyed Iwas even in his presence. Made me feel awful by the end and left a very negative impression during my stay in the UK. You should go to a post office with better customer service ?

Man working here today was very unhelpful and actually was barking rather than talking to me. Will never use this place again. Not customer friendly,very rude man!

The fact is that the customer service is horrible/ non existent. However, they know what they are doing and do it quickly and efficiently which for me works very well.

Same as the others. I brought free return package, but the lady told me use a computer and print papers. Then she charged me £2.5 without a receipt.I will never use this post office.

I brought a parcel in a box, but I didn?t seal it. And the lady asked me to buy a bag 2.49 for it. I was thinking it should be free return why do I need to pay for this? But I still paid for it. And I asked after, and she said as long as you sealed it. I was quite upset cause it?s just a sentence and I just need to tape it that?s all.... but she mentioned nothing.... it wasn?t that bad, but it?s just when I know it could be simply solved and no money?s needed, I am a wee upset
