Terrie is very knowledgeable in the optical eye care service she provides. Terrie is very customer focused and ensures that all her clients are given a very professional and honest service at all times. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have there eyes tested or who may require new glasses to drop by her shop, as you won't be disappointed with Terrie's all round friendly and welcoming service.

This is great independent Opticians. Owner Terrie always has a smile and 'cheery' for everyone that comes in. Both Terrie and her staff treat everyone with time and patience, you never feel like just another 'test'. The eye test never feels rushed and Terrie is always on hand to give an honest opinion on which frames suit you best.

I have been going to Portobello Optics for my glasses for the past ten years. The service received from Terrie is second to none. She is so helpful when i am choosing glasses and will always give an honest opinion on what suits you. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly and relaxed. Always an enjoyable experience!
