Service needs to be focused on at this location. Took 30 minutes from ordering to receive the mains. Pizza arrived barely luke warm indicating it had been sitting for some time. We asked for this to be remade. Told it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later we were tight for time and asked for this to be boxed to take away. Took a further 10 minutes waiting for it to be brought over. We were offered an apology along with two small bottles of Pepsi that were arguably warmer than the original pizza. At time of arrival and initially ordering the restaurant was not busy and customers already seated were eating. Overall this was an abysmal experience with terrible service. Not value for money with £53.55 spent and ideally a refund seems the only correct way to resolve this experience. There are other businesses that charge much less than this in this economy and can deliver steaming hot pizzas within 30 minutes on busier nights of the week.

Good value for money on the kids food. They seemed happy with the food and drinks they had with friendly service too. We didn't have anything but a drink because of fasting so can't comment on grown up food. Lively enough atmosphere too.

Standard Pizzahut fare. The selection for the buffet was quite limited, and the toppings seemed to horde onto single pieces. The salad bar did seem fresh. The app setup is annoying. The last thing I want to do mid shop is to download an app and scroll through menus to find the pizza I want. I just want to order and pay. Think they are misjudging their customers here. I will avoid it in the future just due to the app order system. Not for me. Toilets are badly signposted. (Upstairs). Think this is expensive for the fast food and non personal setup.

Went yesterday with the family, had one of the most disappointing meals ever two hours we were there to have cold pizza, a pizza that came up wrong although they did change it to the right one eventually soda that ran out of syrup etc avoid

Turned up at 18:20 on a Friday night and they refused to serve any tables because they were "far too busy with online orders". Only three tables were in the restaurant at the time, the place was a mess and staff were just standing.

Managed to get a table right next to the juice machine, and close to disabled toilet and salad bar, as a disabled customer that is very important to me.

we have a very good experience at this pizza hut! we had a waiter called garry which was a new manager! he was very welcoming and made the experience better by being so kind and bubbly!

Standard Lunch Buffet, but:- very friendly staff- clean and spacious- quick refill of Pizza buffet and Salad bar- easy access : 100s of parking spots nearby

O my dear , what an awful mistake going into this place for a buffet lunch. Firstly it was cheap so we should not have expected much . The salad bar was poor and very poor choice of cold salads. The ear all you want pizza and pasta was also so poor . You could see people waiting to see if a new pizza was coming out as the ones on the hot table were better off used to sole your shoes than eaten. I have told my wife to kick me if I ever suggested that Pizza Hut would be a good place for eat.

Had to experience of a baby screaming the whole time i could of strangled it, food was nice but wont be back as got a half and half pizza.. big mistake as they change £17.99 for half a bloody pizza. Rip off.
