I came here last Wednesday with my elderly granddad who has a lot of dietary requirements along with myself and our server, Phoenix, was very compassionate and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure we enjoy our meal safely. She was very attentive and polite, will definitely be back to this restaurant! Thanks a lot Phoenix :)

All in all the greatest impudence!!! We were on vacation and thought a little snack while having pizza would be nice
In the end, the ambience was completely ruined - the waitress was just as unfriendly as the appearance of the restaurant.
We then each ordered a pizza that cost each of us ?30, which made no sense given the size and the impossible taste
There was also a very unappetizing looking ?free? salad bar
Not recommended!!!unfortunately you can't give 0 stars

The waiters, cooks and reception are very good at what they do.
I saw the waiter sit down and talk an elderly couple through the whole menu. Very thoughtful and kind of him.
The cook took time to set aside some garlic bread just for us and brought it straight to the table.
All in all a lovely branch with lovely people. Please keep on doing what you are doing! You deserve everything!

Today was a blast at Pizza Hut in North Bridge! Phoenix was really amazing! She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to great service. She definitely deserves a shoutout for her kindness and attentiveness!

I visited Pizza Hut North Bridge today and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere had such great vibes, and the food was exceptional. I want to give a big shoutout to Phoenix; she was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my visit. Her service truly made a difference! I can't wait to come back again soon!

Came here with my Polish in-laws. It wasn't too busy thankfully, meant there was less noise so I could try and translate for them. It was quite slow service. And there was plenty missing from the salad station. I had to wait for ages to find a staff member to ask for ice-cream bowls too. The pizza was decent though. Everything else was quite mediocre. Definitely the place was short staffed. Wouldn't come back, but wasn't the worst experience I've ever had.

I was in pizza hut enjoying a Pizza buffet with a good nice pleasent atmosphere I had Phoenix our waitress that was great and made our dining much more enjoyable with her great pleasent lovely smiling energy making Pizza hut much enjoyable where we enjoyed the food beyond its as we loved this experience especially for a birthday thank you again Phoenix much appreciated x

It was a great experiences. I've never seen all you can eat pizza so i was shocked by it. An the pricing is very reasonable. 13.99£ for all you can eat pizza /pasta + salad bar is great deal if you consider that you are in the center of the Edinburg. Paying by the Qr code is also very useful. Overall the experience was great and the waitress was very kind and helpful. 5/5 ( Photo: if you pay 17.99£ instead of 13.99 u get a refillable cup and you can make this baggin ice cream).
