I went to this restaurant two times . So my experience which was not occasionally. The waitress service completely awful. I felt like getting in a CCP gov restaurant even better than this one . No smile , when making wrong order , no sorry , finally made the bill no thank you as usual all rounds no smile , show angry face , that were my two time visit experience. Also the front line manager at the Receiption is similar , no welcome message and hoping you were better not getting in attitude .

Amazing food! We were served very fast by the lovely George. Amazing atmosphere and overall a great place to eat!! Highly recommend!

We have been to many branches of Pizza Express a very large number of times over the years. It is generally consistent in its service, quality, and atmosphere. This was no exception. The branch we went to is in what we think is an old church or hall because it has huge vaulted ceilings, what was a balcony seating area and a pipe organ up against the back wall. It makes it a very interesting place and the fact that we were, initially, the only people in, made it all the better. Service was very good, pricing was reasonable, food was quick and hot. We would return.
Kid-friendliness: Perfectly child friendly and there were some young ones whilst we were there.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance appears to be completely flat, though I imagine they would also have a movable ramp, but I can't guarantee it.

Hi I have been to this restaurant on my first visit to Edinburgh and it was lovely. Mr. George was amazing and very friendly and engaging with us all together it was a good experience surely will be back on my next visit?
