Came in trying to find some pizza to go. Although we were having a hard time understanding the different sizes, one guy who seemed like a manager (forgot to ask for his name) was extremely understanding and kept helping us until we figured out what we wanted to order. He was so so nice, and this was probably the best customer service both of us have received in a very long time. Although there is a lack of really good restaurants in Edinburgh, this one is definitely the best.

Fantastic experience having a family meal, first visit here and it was lovely from start to finish. It was busy but staff were fantastic, food great and hospitality excellent. Specific shout out to Kirby for her fantastic customer service.

Had a lovely meal with a friend this evening. We were originally sat at the back of the restaurant, but a group of men with cigars lit up in the neighbouring property?s beer garden and we could smell smoke coming through. Without us asking, our server Caroline offered to move us to another table. It was so appreciated! Lovely food, great service. Many thanks, Caroline!

Waited 30mins to order then a further 45 mins for food to arrive. Then didn?t get what we ordered!! Chronically under staffed. Front of house staff having to work in kitchen. It was evident that take away trade has priority over ?sit in? customers. Unacceptable ?service? Pizza Express!!

The service here was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is on a par with most UK chain pizza restaurants - not great, but tidy etc.
The food however is extremely average and I reckon below par as far as pizza franchises go. The goats cheese and caramelised pizza was the best - although overly sweet and under seasoned.
Both olive/artichoke pizza and the mushroom pizza were tasteless and mushy. The bases of these pizzas too, while nicely crispy if that?s what you?re into, were extremely bland and under seasoned.
I?d also recommend ordering the salad without dressing - this was more of a garlic and herb creamy dip than salad dressing and was way too sickly.
Good deals available on the app, but otherwise overpriced.

Waitress was attentive and very kind, but the pizza was not that great. In my case it was undercooked. Insane that they charge £16.50 for something the size of my hand. Plenty of other pizza places in the area that are cheaper for more

Enjoyable lunch, lovely waitress (Tilly, I think). Asked where we would like to sit but I replied that she probably knows best.....at which point she showed us to a lovely quiet table. Look it's Pizza Express, Edinburgh - a UK pizza chain rather than some pizzeria on the shore of Lake Como, Italy. We use this Queensferry Road branch because it's consistently good. Thanks to the team.

Didn?t seem very busy but we waited 50min for our pizzas which is just too long. The pizzas were good but quite small considering the prices. Wouldn?t come here again.
