Having seen hundreds of floor tiles we were well pleased to return to Peter Young Flooring to consider luxury vinyl tile flooring for our bathroom instead of tiles. They were really helpful in guiding us with what was most appropriate and what would be the nicest without even needing the most expensive ranges. Great service and a good price again - we couldn?t be happier with the end result.

We recently had several carpets fitted by Peter Young Flooring.The quality of the workmanship was excellent, including in 2 or 3 places where access was difficult.The team were very friendly, professional,knowledgeable and experienced. Peter Young have fitted many carpets for us over the years and the high standard we have come to expect is still very much in evidence.We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the first consultation to the final fitting we were well taken care of. The carpets are beautiful and the price was great. Outstanding service from start to finish from this local family-run business. Paul and Brian have been fantastic - very honest and realistic from the outset, no hidden costs, and nothing is too much bother. The company employ their own fitters, and the standard of finish was brilliant. When issues came up (from our side) they bent over backwards to help. You might get a cheaper quote elsewhere, but the price difference is more than made up by the customer service and peace of mind. Couldn't recommend enough!

Brian came out to look at a floor repair which had been badly done by another firm. He was so kind, caring, and completely honest: he told me that the firm could do the repair, but that he felt I would be better served by having it done by someone he had in mind who specialised in the particularities of my floor, and he took photos and will be getting in touch with that person. He spent a good deal of time and effort, even though he was referring me to someone else: I was really impressed by the very caring and professional service I received, and will be delighted to be able to recommend Peter Young to friends who are planning to renovate their floors/carpets. Brian renewed my (badly-shaken) faith, after a terrible experience with the other firm.

Fantastic service from initial visit at store through to fitting. Paul and Brian are very detailed and clear in their explanations when quoting as well as what to expect during the LVT laying process. The finish was to a very high standard and well within the time provided. We would definitely use them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Go to flooring company for us. Brilliant advice and genuine interest in getting the best product for the customer. Their fitting staff were brilliant too, even when unforeseen issues occurred. Perhaps more expensive (i'm not even sure they are) on paper than sourcing from big chain stores, however the wealth of advice and knowledge is more than worth the difference in price if it is the case.
