I cannot speak highly enough about Perre Jewelery. Lovely pieces and great prices. The young lady in the store was lovely to work with. More importantly the customer service is above and beyond. Great communication and wonderful staff. Highly recommend visiting or purchasing online for a beautiful piece of jewelry. Will 100% be a lifelong customer.

I had some issues with one of their rings. I have sent it back and they sent me a new one straight away. Highest quality customer service, super friendly and helpful team, very quick responses.

Found this gem last year while sightseeing in Edinburgh and got compliments all the time while wearing their unique pieces. When I returned to Edinburgh about a week ago, I had one definite must on my schedule; I just had to stop by Perre Jewellery again.When I stood in front of the shop I instantly fell in love with the new pieces lying in the shop window and stood there for a moment in awe, just watching. I got a warm welcome when walking into the shop, and the sellers instantly recognized the pieces I was wearing and were very excited to see me wearing their jewellery. The shopping trip was a great success again, just like last year, having gotten some truly beautiful and stunning new pieces of jewellery that fit my style perfectly. I even got my first compliments the very same day within an hour after walking out of the shop, confirming how gorgeous they look to everyone and not only me.I can't wait to visit again as soon as I'm back in Edinburgh and will most certainly be browsing the online shop until I can walk in again.Thanks for your time, helping me and making my day Perre Jewellery! ??

Due to the lighting, jewellery looks nice however once you get a closer look it is actually very cheaply made and not worth the prices, you are better off spending money elsewhere as other reviews have stated. Additionally, one of the ladies running the store was very dismissive and unwelcoming and needs training in improving her customer service skills.
