Visited this beautiful place as part of research project for my son's high school business he choose. The quality of pastries, coffee, staff, surroundings are absolutely outstanding and it has this amazing European vibe! Loved to watch bakers doing their magic! Dare to say pastries here as good or even better than we had in Paris.

From the moment we were sat, we were well taken care of. Special mention to the Spanish waiter who couldn't have been more accommodating and really knew his stuff. We took all of his recommendations for wine paring and how much to order. The food was flawless, the ricotta and tomato dish was so flavoursome and seasoned perfectly. A lovely setting for a lovely date. We will be back.

An elegant space with brilliant brunch options. The eggs Benedict were flawless and the mushroom sourdough stood out for the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
You can also order pastries from the bakery next door and I would absolutely recommend that, too.

Called in for a coffee on Sunday. Lovely staff. Next time I will ask for an extra shot.
Bar seats are too low.

It's a super hidden gem of a bakery perfect for brunch. Dog friendly too. Croissants are the main thing but there's tons of fillings. Bread is also available as is chinaware (it started as a pottety).

I attended Patina for my friends wedding, it was a fantastic day and the venue was exceptional. Staff were friendly and welcoming, food was incredible and a great selection of drinks at the bar!

The food was outstanding. And so easy to get to on the tram as right next to the station at Edinburgh park central. The staff were so friendly. Best meal I?ve had in a long time. everything was so fresh and delicious and the bread was so good. And all very reasonably priced. A proper
Hidden gem. 10/10.

Actually had food in the deli / bakery next door. Very tasty and good for a quick lunch.

A nice upper market restaurant. The menu we were given was a "summer menu" which had a few dishes to choose from and you could have 2 courses or 3, whichever you'd prefer. The choices are all nice, I had the chicken and new potatoes with a leek and potato sauce, which was tasty, especially the chicken and the sauce. The homemade lemonade is lovely and refreshing, and the focaccia is delicious.
The only downside I could say is that there wasn't as much choice as I had seen online, but that's not discrediting the food, it was lovely, and the staff are friendly. Beautiful place and I would say good value for money considering the quality of the meal.

Very rude staff. Guy rolled his eyes at us and huffed for requesting a seat close to the stage area when we came in (the restaurant was empty, only 2 filled tables), which is bizzare to say the least as we were very polite in asking. Food was nice. Atmosphere was only made up for from the live music.

Unfortunately I was here for a networking event so didn't get to try any food. That said the venue is stunning and the staff were awesome with great service. May have to visit again sometime to get a better feel of it. Surprisingly easy to get to, especially if you live in town as its right next to the Edinburgh Park Central Tram stop. ?Parking: There's a huge multi story car park almost next door and there were plenty of spaces when I was there.

Working at Edinburgh Park, Patina is normally a nice place to go for lunch but after going today I would say it?s going downhill. I had a chicken Caesar sandwich which had a large chicken bone in it and then a brownie which had undiscovered / mixed in sugar in it. It?s expensive so I wouldn?t expect these issues.

This is obviously a very busy place and so staff are kept on their toes, so we had to ask for our table to be cleared. Staff were lovely and very helpful and happy to do so. My croissant was MASSIVE and very lovely, will definitely go back.
