Embarrassment of a company, they literally have 2 jobs , processing parcels & delivering them & they couldn't do either over the space of 2 weeks! Hit with every excuse , * couldn't locate address , * Addresse wasn't home * not once was a delivery card left! I Called & spoke to numerous people & asked for the parcel to just be left at a nearby post office , or delivered to another address or even left at the depot , 3 times I asked , and it was still sent out the next day for an address they couldn't find and then could find then the next day couldn't find again ? resulting in me having to travel 1hr 30 mins in the car to collect the parcel & when asked why this happened I was told (with the worker laughing) " because the driver is stupid " ???? and then he also faked my signature above checking the parcel status on the way home , the only thing laughable in this situation is your workers & company it's an absolute shambles ? parcel force ? yeah a force to be reckoned with to actually receive the bloody thing ?

That sinking feeling when you find a parcelforce letter behind the door knowing that you have to deal face to face with one of their muppets when you would rather gouge both your eyes out!

1 delivery attempt was made and then they left no note behind and sent the parcel to a post office far away and hard to get to from here. Poor service...

Chasing up a parcel that had two attempted deliveries but no card left, phoned up and apparently there was a problem with the address. Asked if I could go collect it from the depot, was told that would be fine but go after 6pm and was asked for my mobile number, told if there was any issues I'd get a call.Drove across Edinburgh at rush hour only to be told I had to wait 24 hours and they couldn't give me it, and the call centre shouldn't have told me that. The guy at the desk apologised, but his entire attitude made it seem like it was my fault, and he could not have been less interested in helping. Your company told me to be here so surely you should be doing your best to help me out? Guy at the desk says nothing he can do, doesn't really seem to care that I've wasted my time getting here.So I ask for a manager, and less than ten minutes later I have my parcel. Which sounds great but to me just highlights that you could have fixed the issue from the off, you just didn't want to. Whether it's your fault or not the call centre and the depot are both Parceforce. If you collectively mess up you should be trying to fix it for the customer not just push the blame to someone else.Another experience that really highlights that Parcelforce is not even a half step above Evri, the artist formerly known as My Hermes.If you come here, don't expect a resolution unless you're willing to channel your inner Karen.

Annoying when they have planned to deliver on a certain day. Got my family.to stay in all day.for it. Didn't deliver it. Didn't leave a card and online have confirmed delivery when they haven't even attempted.

Is this normal practice? Dump the parcel at the door?I wasn?t in the country and had to waste my own time having to deal with this absolute garbage company.No card number or reference. And according to parcelforce, there?s no existence of the parcel.However this guy definitely works for parcelforce, as after contacting your company and complaining about the shocking service, you managed to find the delivery via my postal address and have the driver come and remove my parcel.So question is. . . Where?s my parcel? Did he steal it?

Waited home all day for a parcel to be delivered. Mid afternoon tracker app said parcel was delivered with confirmation picture of someone else's door! I called parcelforce who said the parcel had been delivered within 2mins of my address and they would send the driver straight back to collect/redeliver. 1hr later called back to find out what was going on and was told I would need to allow 48hrs for this to happen. I chapped a few local doors with the same number and fortunately managed to get hold of my parcel...absolutely shocking service!I will never use this company again

Met a lovely lady who was so helpful in the Edinburgh office. Thanks, my parcel arrived. found me here in Sheffield. The person who was also brought in bya good guy lifted the parcel for me into the house

Parcel Force, a total failureParcel Force have failed to deliver the same parcel 4 times over the last week claiming that they cannot find the address, DESPITE having delivered to exactly the same address 2 weeks ago and on several other occasions. Apparently they use "agency" drivers, who obviously could not care less. Avoid using this company, it is completely useless and makes no attempt to rectify their failures... it takes some saying, but they are actually far worse than DHL, Hermes and the like!

Thought with it being Parcel force must been total opposite even the online tracking is terrible avoid if possible ended up costing me money and time off work
