My parcel was not delivered ontime i had to go to the office to pick it up myself.

Embarrassment of a company, they literally have 2 jobs , processing parcels & delivering them & they couldn't do either over the space of 2 weeks! That sinking feeling when you find a parcelforce letter behind the door knowing that you have to deal face to face with one of their muppets when you would rather gouge both your eyes out!
