Dishonest people running a poorly sanitised operation. Don't order from here unless you're happy to lose whatever money you spend there by purchasing food that isn't of edible quality. Disgusting.

I haven?t had a Papa Johns in a while and thought I would dust their app off and try one this evening. I wish I had read the reviews first.
The deal was ok and I ordered at 6:10, expecting it within an hour. At 6:50 the status still said it was being prepared - concerns set in. At 7pm, it said it was in the Oven, at 7:40 it was getting cut and checked, at 8:40 it still says that. Delivery happened at 8:30, the pizza was dried out and the chicken and potatoes side weren?t cooked enough.
In my nearly 2.5 hour wait I called at least 10 times and got a full voice mail box. The one time I did speak to someone, he told me it was going to be 10 minutes, it was 40.
Avoid at all costs, there is much better service and pizza in Leith.

Worst service ever, never got my delivery on time, I think they should train the staff how to answer customers phonecall, I have ordered from the nearest store which is literally 4min drive and the order never came they kept on delaying it by talking shit about weather and short of staff,

Used papa John's for years but ordered via the app today and I'm very disappointed. Ordered a deal for 2 medium pizzas and a side of chicken wings. I then added 2 large pizzas using my reward points. After I made payment I realised that my 2 large pizzas and side had been removed from the order! Very disappointing as i had many mouths to feed (ended up re ordering from Pizza Hut)
When the 2 medium pizzas arrived there was more disappointment. The vegan hawaiian looked awful with 8 pieces of vegan ham and even less pineapple on it. Tasted awful and actually went in the bin!!!!!

Tried phoning after waiting for food, 7 calls were not answered over the course of an hour so now I've been waiting for 2 hours for my food. Phoned from my partners phone and immediately answered told me food would be 10 to 15 minutes I then waited half an hour before calling back and was told it would be 6 minutes. After 15 more minutes we contacted deliveroo for a refund and she phoned and was told the driver would just be a minute which he was. We got the food and seen that we'd been given the wrong pizza and wrong dessert the only thing that was right was the garlic bread

Insanely overpriced so I expected good quality, but the jalapeno poppers taste cheap and the pizza isn't cooked, I literally sauce unrelated bits of cheese so I'm scared to even taste it

Don't do it. Don't order from these guys.
Ordered last Sunday and it took almost two hours to arrive.
When it finally showed up, stone cold, I opened the box to find that they'd given me the wrong thing. Phoned to complain and was told it would take too long to fix the order and that a refund wasn't possible, so I'd just get a free pizza next time.
I phone a week later to get my free pizza and they inform me that it's only free if I come and pick it up. I don't live near the place, hence why I ordered. They say the only way I can get my free pizza is if I order one and then phone in and ask them to add a free one onto it. I already hate the idea of this but it is what it is. I put in an order and then phone. They say they'll throw in my free one. My order arrives and there's no free pizza. The delivery guy seemed completely confused about what I was on about and said that it wouldn't have been a free pizza at all but probably a free garlic bread or something????? I didn't get that either!
So yeah, just don't bother. It'll be cold, incorrect and they are totally unwilling on unable to fix any problems they cause.
