Delayed pizza collection due to staff apparently forgetting one of the pizzas.
Staff behaviour behind the counter appeared rather odd, some sitting on boxes on their phone and others just messing around.
The pizza itself wasn?t that tasty and soon after left me with an upset stomach.
Pretty poor standard from what should be a big company.

Placed an online delivery order for £27. Money was taken from account, no confirmation email and no food delivered. When I called the store they said the money would be refunded within three days if I didn't get a confirmation email.
Update 03/07/2024 I eventually managed to get a refund after a week.

New customer, came in about lunchtime today Friday 7th closer to 1 pm for a takeout. I went to fountainpark papa Johns last week and really enjoyed my experience and food and wanted to repeat the process. The food this time was also good however the male counter staff was very rude and impolite, however the lady who gave me my food was very nice. Would not comeback because of the rude male person who initially served me. Would not recommend

ordered a couple times from this store and have always had good experiences :) they always come up to the top floor of our building when most drivers don?t which is lovely. also got free pizza and garlic bread as order was a bit late. the works pizza is to die for ??

I had an extremely disappointing encounter with the customer service at this store.The behavior of the manager was appalling and disrespectful.While placing my order, he started screaming at me. When I requested to speak to another staff member, he arrogantly replied that he was the manager and continued to raise his voice, insisting that I leave. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Atrocious customer service. Ordered a delivery, which didn't get delivered yet it was marked as delivered. I phoned them up and got told by the incredibly rude manager that the driver supposedly couldn't deliver it and that they phoned (which they never).They then refused to reattempt delivery and refused a refund, so I have effectively been robbed by Papa John's. Don't get a delivery.

I had the worst delivery experiences I?ve ever had yesterday evening.. First of all they didn?t even get my order correct (they sent completely the wrong food) and the food they sent i a horrible taste to it almost they purposely pored some sort of weird seasoning on my pizza what made it taste disgusting and uneatable. I wish I hadn?t but I gave the delivery driver a £10 tip but after I tasted the food I disappointed in Papa Johns and I will never ever be ordering from them again.
