I?ve used this pharmacy for quite some time now and I?ve finally reached breaking point with them.I had a prescription marked as urgent on Thursday ( it is not Tuesday ) and they have no record of this even though my GP has confirmed that it got sent off, the pharmacy just never scanned it in. This isn?t the first, second or even third time this pharmacy has lost my family?s prescriptions.Family members with more items often get their entire prescription wrong or missing items.It?s not worth the stress and I will be switching.

Amazing pharmacy, excellent service

Service is terrible, my scripts are often wrong. Stuff goes missing and no one wants to take responsibility. My mum gets deliveries from them and they just leave her stuff outside or with the neighbours, even though they have been told not too! Communication is terrible! Time to find a new pharmacy, even the doctors complain about them!
