As a wheelchair user l love going to this cinema. There is parking outside for those that need it. The pavements around are smooth and flat. Once inside everything is open and accessible. We always pre-book our tickets online so just need to show them on arrival. The wheelchair spaces are roomy and have at least one companion seat next to it.I've never had any issues with the temperature in this cinema.

Getting expensive at Odeon compared to Vue, and Vue has better seating for a 3 hour film. Can't fault screen and sound

I mistakenly thought that, like Edinburgh Odeon West or Vue Ocean Terminal, every room had comfortable seats. ODEON in Fort Kinnaird is a cinema where you pay the most for the worst quality. That was the last time I was there.

I did like it. Nice and clean.

Absolute shambles of an ordering system.....How dare you use the humans to order?! Forced to a screen which was at best slow and unresponsive....options are confusing and god forbid you ask for help!!Only came here through a free ticket from my Vitality insurance account.Seats are uncomfortable, sounds was grainy and the whole experience just feels well behind the competition.Sorry Odeon. Won't be back!

Movie experience really good, but pricey for juice food etc although medium size juice was like 800mls

Bit soulless and the seats are meh at best but picture and sound quality is what you'd expect.

Just returned from Odeon,Fort Kinnaird. We took the grandchildren and were a bit baffled with the ticket machines. No need to worry there was a charming member of staff to help. The girl who helped us needs a special mention and is a credit to that organization.I didnt catch the girls name who despite being a wheelchair user was so pleasant and helpful and really made our day so a big thank you.

Pleasant cinema experience

Solid Odeon experience. It's not a Lux, so it's not as luxurious as some. Coffee shop front of house. We try to use the audio descript on a regular basis. The service is spotty at best. Staff have always provided complimentary tickets if the service fails. I'd say it works 2/3 of the time. Good stop for the kids if on a shopping trip.

Excellent film

"Ah, nothing quite like the pleasure of straining to listen to a movie in the neighboring room while trying to watch your own. A multi-complex cinema that clearly caters to the joys of simultaneous audio experiences. Just not my cup of tea, unfortunately."

My husband and I have had Limitless memberships for a few years now and this is our nearest Odeon cinema so we use it on average once a week. Occasionally we go to the second nearest one because it has recliner seats. The staff at the Fort Kinnaird Odeon are outstanding - always friendly, welcoming and ready to help. I honestly can't praise them enough: the cinema is great anyway but the fact that every staff member is so nice makes me want to keep going back to this particular cinema. Thank you for giving excellent service!

Not the best in Edinburgh, but is nice to have a mall around if you want to wait for the movie to begin. The food is not very good, that?s why I love to sneak in a burger from five guys, which is next door to the theater... Popcorn in the UK is not the best, but better than in Chile.

Really poor lighting, I saw 2 people falling up the stairs of screen 7 today, there's nothing premier about premier seats some are actually quite tatty and they don't recline or anything, £14.99 it cost too, really its pricing itself out the market, no USP!
