Visited the O2 shop, Fort Kinnaird store today - my husband and I are techno dinosaurs and needed help with our new phones. The girl who served us (sorry can?t recall name) could not have been more helpful or patient. Thank you so much for the great customer service we received today.

Lost my phone so went to nearest O2 store. Staff were useless. I think the person I spoke to was annoyed as I interrupted the game he was playing on his phone. Explained I wanted to buy a sim free phone, and put a stop on current phone. Was told I?d need to wait at least 90 mins. I explained again that i needed my phone barred - too bad, at least 90 mins. They also couldn?t supply a replacement SIM card.Will be moving on from O2 at end of contract.

I was in the O2 Fort Kinnaird store yesterday to upgrade my phone & tariff. We were looked after by Jamie. He was extremely polite, professional and explained everything very clearly. We had some issues with applying student discount but I?ve managed to sort it out with his help. Thanks!

I brought my Gran into the O2 shop at Fort Kinnaird (Edinburgh) today, for a new phone. We were served by Jamie, a member of the customer service team. Jamie was extremely polite and professional and he explained everything to my gran in a patient and considerate manner. Excellent customer service from Jamie, he's a credit to the Fort Kinnaird team. Shocking service, understaffed , customers walking out in disgust .If you like waiting in a queue only to be told you won?t be seen right away and you will receive a text giving you a time slot , totally got this wrong.

My phone wasn?t charging, and I required it for important calls to make. The staff were excellent in cleaning the dirt from the charging socket and had it back up running in no time. I was extremely grateful for their assistance and understanding.

Today I met Karin who has now become my 02 angel!I have been with 02 for years I have just changed my phone to and iPhone 13 pro which would not connect to the wifi, first world problems and all!02 online passed my from pillar to post and where not helpful at all! In fact their service was disgusting!I popped into the fort today, met Karin and the problem was sorted in a couple of minutes!Thank you to Karin!!

We've been in the store today around 2.30 pm, to upgrade our phones. The associate refused to help saying there was no staff enough in the shop to transfer the info from the old devices to the new ones. Shocking.There were 3 Sellers in the shop and no visible queue, although we waited for more than 40 minutes to be attended.I don't understand why he said there was no staff to do it, how many staff is needed to do this transaction? I mean, it takes what it takes. Is like going to a restaurant and the waitress refusing to sell or serve something on the menu because it takes very long to cook.A very disappointing experience. Not to mention the seller felt kinda rude to us, looked like he was rushed. Definitely not coming back to this shop again.
