Hi. Id very much like to highlight the excellent service received by my wife and I earlier this week at the Fort Kinnaird O2 shop, with special mention to shop staff member Jaimie Borsuk whose attitude and approach was simply 1st class. With our family just relocating back to UK after many years overseas, setting up accounts for everything with a new address and limited proof of being established in UK has proven difficult. This proved the same in setting up services through O2.This notwithstanding Jaimie was fully committed to seeing that a solution to what we needed setting up was found and actioned it. His patience and perseverance through over an hour of effort in this regard was admirable. His efforts are thoroughly appreciated.

We had a great experience at this particular O2 store. My Dad was looking to upgrade his iPhone 6 (yes 6) to something with a little more street cred as well as more capability.
As someone who can barely remember his own email address the thought of a modern phone shop with all its new technologies seemed rather daunting to my dad, yet the whole process of upgrading and transferring networks was streamlined here.
We would also like to thank the lovely Sara for making this all such a smooth transition. Sara claimed only to be a junior in training, yet her extensive knowledge and expertise surpassed this claim. This, paired with her patient and bubbly character made for a stress-free phone shopping experience. For everyone involved. Including me.

Hi I am O2 customer visited fort kinnaird store staff is not friendly looks like irresponsible, careless, no ability to handle the situation. I am really disappointed and I don?t recommend people to visit this store. I will never go and see strange staff until my death becareful

my partner went in to the O2 shop in Fort Kinnaird and bought the new Iphone 16 pro max and a new Ipad on the 07/06 then two days later everything on her phone stopped working phone calls, text messages and mobile data. then later that day no one was able to call or message her phone and since then it hasn?t changed we?ve had multiple emails asking us to make a payment but everytime we try to pay it denies the payment. i went up to the O2 shop and spoke with the manager and found out the fraud team had blocked everything on her phone the manager didn?t know why the fraud team had done this as she bought it in store and all the necessary checks were completed in store with the employee, and to add the fraud team won?t tell us why it was blocked. then on the 25/06 i had an email saying the number was being disabled as no payment was made which isn?t our fault as we tried to pay many times but were denied every time. shocking customer service and were disappointed in the fraud team and O2 for causing all this disruption

Useless lazy member of staff i had the misfortune of talking to. Before knowing the issue giving excuses for why she can't help. Then through the next 5 minutes found more excuses and told me face to face in a store to call customer service. Gone to gyle store the next day and they sorted my problem within minutes.

Yikes really bad customer service - empty shop when I walked in, felt like I was an inconvenience, got told which phone I needed to get with no discussion, then told the price that was going to be. No options given, left rapidly.

After an unsuccessful shopping trip, Tyler at O2 in Fort Kinnaird saved the day!
Tyler, you're are an absolute ? My boys are delighted with their monthly data upgrade from 3GB at £20 'pay as you go' to a much cheaper 40GB per month family contract. They've been hounding me for months for more data, but after experiencing a horrendous telephone conversation with O2's customer service. I was told, I'd need to pay £65 upfront to change my contract which runs out in September 2025. They then said the cheapest limited time offer they had for my teenagers data was £18.99 per month EACH!? I was fuming at their hard selling tactics and vowed to leave O2 as soon as my contract ended.
Well, you changed my mind today! In future I'll give O2's customer service call centres a miss (they're a disgrace to the brand). I'll deal directly with in-stores staff because the overall experience is completely different. Thanks for putting your customer's first. ?

Service in this O2 shop was appalling - so many errors made by the member of staff dealing with my upgrade. Straightforward it was not. Time consuming and frustrating.

My experience at the O2 mobile store was very disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and didn?t care about providing good service. They seemed impatient and unwilling to explain anything clearly. It felt like they didn?t value their customers at all. I won?t be visiting this store again.

The customer service at the O2 mobile store was terrible. The employees were rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting customers. They didn?t seem to understand their own products and gave confusing answers to my questions. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn?t recommend this store to others.

Today we faced absolutely disgusting attitude towards us paying customers by O2. We bought 5 sim cards and packages and came back to resolve technical issues and expected some understanding and empathy. We bought a service which wasn't working for us. Instead of helping to resolve us the matter, Jayne left. Zie was verbally abusive and called my children- social media addicts. Totally disrespectful, discriminatory. We won't recommend O2 to anyone from now on. Rubbish network, rubbish service and zero customer care
