The staff at 02 Cameron Toll Edinburgh are not helpful bought new phone from then and they wouldn't help to transfer my data from my old phone even after telling them I don't have a clue what to do I also tried 2/3 time with different staff and all the same saying we cant do it here which I don't believe them they are a joke

I have had the best customer experience today with Art, who is Assistant Manager at O2 at Cameron Toll. He was absolutely amazing: knowledgeable, professional, patient, definitely going the extra mile for the customer - top experience!!

Friendly helpful staff, & who are extremely knowledgeable about the products & services they provide(& I'm a pretty annoying customer and ask a lot of technically heavy questions, which were all understood & answered).
Premises are well maintained & cleaned, and although it can become busy, the staff are on top of thongs so that it's never more than a few minutes waiting.

After 5 years of O2 customer I can say that this became an extremely useless shop. Always under staff, the manger is never in, they keep checking information they know for sure, they keep inventing new rules saying O2 keep changing every day but in reality they just lie?try to call them or to go to them and then go to another O2 branch, you will discover how many lies they say. When I did my first contract with them and did the first 2 switch up all was good, then they started to not care about anything, addressing me to the customer service after they are the one that should do the job. I then contacted the customer service and they told me they were suppose to solve my problem at the branch that they need IDs etc. then I came back there and they did not know what to tell me again. Then they tried to contact the manager which was not in, again, but they cannot do anything without the manager?now?what is the point of an O2 branch if they keep telling me to call O2 customer service? How is it possible that a O2 branch have a manager 2 days per week? Now apparently you can only do the switch up when the manager is in and the manager is in from when the branch open to lunch time?seriously? I spent far too much energy in this branch, I should have gone to the city center one from a while. If only the Cameron Toll was not the closest to me. It is worth to mention they do things they absolutely don?t need to do. I asked the Fort Kinnaird branch and the Saint James one what were the police and the Cameron Toll one does not do anything right, they did even tell me that I had to give my phone before the phone for the switch up was in stock which is not at all how it works. Once the new phone is in your hands you gave the old one back and that is the time they need to check the screen and if it is all good. Instead the same people keep telling me the same brainless things. Excuse me but this is not high standards and it is NOT worth the high price that the company charges.

Couldn?t find another way to do this but just wanted to say a huge thanks to Ahmed for his fantastic service today in the Cameron toll shop. Nothing was too much bother and he made great suggestions for what would be best for us

SCAMMERS. Went in to ask about broadband. Was given a free Samsung galaxy tablet and a sim, reassured multiple times by Gavin it was free. Then I get a text a couple days later about my £7 a month sim for 36 months. Went back within 14 days to return it because I don?t want it or to pay for it, having been told it was free, and they refused to cancel sim or take tablet back. Utterly deplorable. Total scammers.

Lack of professionalism and customer service skills is evident. Assistant manager is dismissive and interrupted me several times just as we started talking. Seemed like he was in a hurry to just get rid of me. Shop was empty so it wasn't like there were other customers waiting to get assistance from him and one more assistant working.
