I went there yesterday, with the intention of getting a new wallet - but one basically a new version of what I have. Sadly, none seemed to have sections for my disabled pass or photographs. So I tried a couple of other places without success.
Why 'four stars'? The attitude of the young lady busy with something else, reminded me of how I was when I worked. JADE didn't just give vague directions on roughly were to look, she stopped what 'she was in the middle of' and took me right to them!
JADE is 'the' Assistant to look out for as she was genuinely interested in me and actually seemed sorry that she (or Next) couldn't help! The next time I shop up there, I will look out for JADE and if she's not on duty that day, I'll leave and return when she is. NEXT should be proud of this employee.

Excellent customer service.. I have being there for thrice and the customer service colleagues in the home section are so helpful and friendly. I had an issue with one of my online orders and they helped me to sort that as well.

STAFF ARE LIARS
We were desperate for the toilet and were looking everywhere for one so we asked a young woman who was working in next where the nearest toilet was. She replies saying the ome in Costa is shut bg there one in boots and mamas and papas. We decide to go to mamas and papas first as it was nearest to us. The toilet was a disabled one and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for let's just say a month so we walked out still bursting. We then walked to boots and we went in the opticians area as we thought it was a bathroom instead a man said can I help you and I said is this the bathroom he said there is no bathroom here so thanks a lot next I embarrassed myself and nearly wet myself had to trail to the other end of Fort Kinnaird all because of lies. So a friendly reminder to anyone reading this don't ask next staff things as they will not help you.

Will definitely not be picking up goods from here again. Went to pick a skirt up, put the code into the machine, literally walked 5 yards to look at a cushion, heard my name being shouted, came straight back and was ?told off?. Told that that next time I shouldn?t walk away like that as my item would get rescanned. Literally talking about a few seconds. Never had service like that at next before.

I went along to the sale on Wednesday. I wasn't there long, the whole time I was there, the store security alarm was going of for each person that was trying to exit the store.Insufficiency in the staff to take off the tags during purchase.The store was full of people who took rails of clothing only to sift through and leave unwanted items on the floor or on counters all over the store. This situation should be managed by the store manager. As merchandise is being damaged. Also other customers may want to purchase these items. As I left the store, the security alarm went off and each bag was searched. This is not practical nor is the acceptable. For paying customers to go through wat looks like customs at an airport. NEXT PLC need to look at other ways of avoiding this embarrassment.As my bags where checkedI was asked by a member of staff to "can you step away from the table"!?? ....implying I was setting the alarm off!!???This person's attitude needs to be challenged as this was abrupt, rude and degrading.Every season it's the Christmas sale, it's only NEXT that has this default problem.

Tried to call and ask if they carry maternity range in store, but it's impossible to get through. Got the call directed to the Fort Kinnaird store by customer service and no one has picked up on several occasions.
