We have used Newington Pharmacy for travel vaccines for years so can only comment on this part of the service. We have been coming for travel vaccines for years and find the information provided very helpful and service good. You can book your appointments online. I booked an appointment recently where it turned out we did not need any further boosters but still received a consultation on our area of travel which in the end generated the pharmacy no income. We will definitely return for our booster vaccines.

I'm happy to tell you that I have been visiting this pharmacy for many months to receive a B12 vitamin injection.They have an efficient website booking facility, lovely staff and a well organised shop offering good value.

I was trying to rearrange a vaccine appointment and unfortunately spoke to a very rude person (male) on the phone, who kept ignoring what I was saying and repeatedly telling me to shut up and listen to him. I felt very frustrated and even humiliated. Please try to treat your customers with more respect, even when they are foreigners and don?t speak perfect English?this is not an excuse for rude and disrespectful behavior!

I recently had an experience at the pharmacy that I found to be quite concerning and felt it needed to be shared. During my visit, I observed what seemed to be an unequal treatment in customer service. Despite my order being ready, there was an unexpected delay in being served, which I noticed did not happen with other customers. This incident made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I believe it's important for all customers to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of their background. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the service experience for everyone.

Newington Pharmacy and Travel Clinic aren't very good . I have been going there for years, and sometimes they get people's medication wrong.

Newington Pharmacy just successfully removed my ear wax for a very reasonable charge (£55 for both). The service from start to finish was highly professional and the results, perfect. I have previously (3 times) used the services of city centre practitioners and not been impressed despite them appearing more professional. Thank you Nicola and the team at Newington Pharmacy.

Horrible experience. Not only they?ve been rude, but literally 5 min after buying a mouth gel for my girlfriend I sent her a picture, she said it was one that she bought yesterday and wasn?t working and, when coming back to the pharmacy and asked for returning it back, they insisted on that?s being impossible and that ?their hands are tied?.Maybe the law is with them, but it has been literally, 5 min since I bought it and of course haven?t opened the box or whatsoever. I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the few experiences when I?ve felt really scammed and just considered a living bill.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I've ever been. They'll tell you to come back tomorrow, come back in 20, then you will still have to come in and wait.This is after I'm giving them a second chance - I really needed my medication on the day, but was refused to be served because "it'd take about 15 minutes to dispense the drugs and it's 10 minutes to closing". So I had to suffer the night in pain instead. No care for other human beings- or just understaffed
