Really good shop, they have a big selection of clothes and they are good quality and a low price. The staff were pretty friendly, but not the friendliest place I've been to be honest. The fitting room has lots of cubicles but they aren't individually very spacious.

I just went into this shop as I love New look and I was having issue with my gift card I spoke to a number of advisors and I kept getting told to speak to someone else. I then spoke to another Asian/Indian advisor who then mention she is not too sure so I initiated maybe it is Internet issue, I went outside thinking it is my Internet but the problem was still occurring. Thinking I could speak to someone else, I saw the same indian/asian advisor who started to give a complete different narrative to a short clumsy advisor which I then say it is incorrect she started to speak to me with attitude and kept saying Pardon Pardon like she cannot hear me. I asked her what is with her attitude. She is asking me why I have an attitude....Mind you maybe I caught her off guard because based on her facial expression both girls were probably bitching about something or someone and I interrupted them. I saw no name tag to report her name so I had to buy something just to make this review.....I have never receive rudeness or a negative vibe at any New Look I have ever shopped at....Please give that short clumsy Advisor more training because if she does not need her job someone else is willing to take it plus it is a Monday no one needs that extra stress. This is why New Look want us to shop online and closing down all their stores so we don't have to be dealing with short clumsy people.

Fort Kinnaird branch, music sooo unbelievably loud - me and my significant other were actually have to shout to each other to be able to hear, like being in the club? Been like this for months now, as I?ve attempted to go in on more than one occasion. Maybe new management? Each time I go in my head is pounding from the bright lights and noise! Am I just getting old or something?If it?s unpleasant for me in my 20?s I can?t imagine how the older generation copes. Get it together New Look.

I live near Fort Kinnaird I go shopping there regularly, but my recently shopping experience is being horrible at newlook fort Kinnaird?? things are laid out badly no helpful stuff and managers are worse, there was situation where I needed more help and explanation? Manager couldn?t explain or answer my question she didn?t making sense at all ? you get the feeling when you?re in the store that they don?t want you to buy anything. Very rude manager and stuff.

You folks are amazing! Such a great team, who are very clearly (and correctly) proud of their store. Best service I've ever had. Went to my Sister's wedding, feeling like a princess. New look is everything to me, they always have the right choices for me. I don?t know what I would have been putting on if there is no such brand.

Used to love new look! But they don't do as much for the larger woman anymore so these days I'm in and out very quickly, gave it 2 stars as still like their shoes even though variety is very limited also now.
