First time in years going to this Chinese ,and won't be going back, food tasteless cold ,not value for money .

Unfortunately we placed an order before having to leave for a theatre show. I telephoned to ask how long it may take before we received the order. The lady I spoke with was so rude. Ordered the food at 8pm said it would be 50 mins roughly. 3 hours later no food. Was told it was on its way over an hour and half ago.
