There were security/ privacy issues with the customer in front of me. He was buying a bond and I couldn't help overhearing the security questions and answers as well as private information such as his name, address history, dob and annual income etc. I felt awkward about this.
This should've happened in a private room.
However I'm grateful that you still have a branch in Morningside, unlike Santander.

Recent in branch : managing ISA transfers .First visit assisted by new trainee and manager , both very helpful , though we did not have correct ID .Next 2 occasions assisted by Alan , who we found to have a positive friendly manner, genuine interpersonal skills , efficient communication. Courteous & patient with 93 yr old mother .Balance of friendly & professional ,Super service in local branch

Staff are helpful and I got what I needed. However, not the most friendly service - I have definitely had much better service from other branches where they have gone above and beyond, really known about their services and had very friendly staff. In my experience I didn?t have that here.

Always found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is the location - Morningside Road, a notorious bottleneck with legal nearby parking at a premium.
