I just want to say a huge thank you to Alberto Saiz Varona for his incredible help yesterday. I needed to transfer a large amount of money into my main account, and he kindly set up a new account for me. If I hadn?t gone in yesterday, it would have been a disaster trying to do it today. Today 25/1/25 I visited St.Andrew square branch, where I received excellent service and advice from a young gentleman named David. The whole experience was first class and he took the time to explain things. I have been a Nationwide customer for many years, and can't fault their service. Thank you .

Had a really frustrating time trying to get details for an international payment I made online and in the end had to complete the whole transaction again. David was very patient, understanding and friendly and my experience would have been much worse if he wasn?t so willing to help :)

Please get the ATM working! Everytime I go to use it there is always the issue of the touch screen not working so please try and sort that!

Pretty shop, good machines, great location?? but DIRE service.Having lost touch with my online account after a move, the only thing to do was contact my nearest Nationwide branch. Mistake! 2 tellers kept their head firmly down while one poor chap attempted to deal with a handful of customers and was making very heavy weather of it. After waiting a fruitless 25 minutes, I gave up! Understaffing to this extent is laughable. Are they on a nationwide suicide mission, or is it only in Edinburgh? But no problem, the service at Santander just along the street is impeccable, so it is no hardship to walk away from a Nationwide account.
